2 Samuel 22:20
"He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me."
David is experiencing God and how good it is!
The ESV translates this "spacious place" as a "broad place". It is the opposite of being "greatly distressed".
David is enjoying a delightful life because God has rescued him.
He has been rescued because God is delighted in Him.
If you come to Christ in faith and trust and live for Him, then you too, will be "delighted" in.
