As I read through the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John) I continually look for expressions of the gospel (the good news) as I have come to understand it.
This morning in the Acts of the Apostles (Luke's part two to his Gospel) I read a very early expression of the "good news"
"Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the LORD, and that he may send the Christ, who has ben appointed for you - even Jesus."
Acts 3:19-20
Have a great day,
Peter Clark.
