What does a true Pastor look like? Jeremiah gives us a picture.
Chapter 3 verse 15 "Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding."
We learn from that verse that the shepherd will come from God - that he will have God's heart - that he will with knowledge and understanding (compassion).
