In Luke 24:31 he opened the eyes of the disciples on the Emmaus Road...
"Then their eyes were opened and they recognised him...."
Then later in verse 45 when Jesus met the other disciples, He opened their minds to the Scriptures...
"Then he opened their minds so that they could understand the Scriptures..."
At any time, when we realise a spiritual truth or understand the Scriptures....it is Jesus who gives us that experience. Because we are so centred on ourselves we tend to think that it comes from us.
