Acts 22:14
"Then he (Ananias to Paul) said: "The God of our fathers has chosen you to know his will and to see the Righteous One and to hear words from his mouth..."
To see the resurrected Jesus was crucial for Paul. See Acts 26:16 and 1 Corinthians 9:1.
It was that experience that had convinced him of the truth of the gospel and this truth became the foundation of his theology.
The resurrection of Christ should be all important for us and shape our Christian experience and witness.
Does it?
Have a great day,
Peter Clark.
